Showing a vaccination card is becoming increasingly necessary to access various businesses, organizations and venues. As vaccination regulations evolve and new COVID-19 variants continue to emerge, CVS Health is ensuring the more the 40 million digital consumers we serve can easily access their vaccination cards conveniently through our newly launched Health Dashboard platform.
Accessed through CVS.com or the CVS app, Health Dashboard allows people who have received their vaccinations at a CVS Pharmacy or MinuteClinic location to digitally access their vaccination information wherever and whenever they need it. If you’ve received a COVID-19 vaccine at a CVS Pharmacy location, you can access our new Health Card (QR code) feature, leveraging the SMART Health Card standard. Family members will soon be able to access health records for minors, such as someone’s pharmacy records, vaccine history or information on which new vaccines you may need to receive in the future.
Offering a holistic approach to health care
One of our key goals with the Health Dashboard is to grant more people a holistic, 360-degree view of their health at any time. Over time we will be rolling out new features for the Health Dashboard to provide patients with a one-stop shop for health information — from scheduling care in person or online to accessing health, vaccine and pharmacy records and lab results, to care navigation and personalized actions that will prompt consumers with tips and reminders for maintaining overall health and wellness.
The Health Dashboard is scaling rapidly, a testament to CVS Health’s ongoing strategy to continually engage people in new omnichannel ways. Through innovative digital solutions like Health Dashboard, we are helping individuals and families easily search for and obtain the health information they need, have expanded access to health services and engage with a comprehensive and connected health care experience. When people have an accessible and coordinated view of their health, they can make better informed health care decisions. Our Health Dashboard gives people the health details, reminders and plans they need to prioritize their holistic health and live healthier lives.
Those who have received at least one vaccination at a CVS Health location can now access their personalized Health Dashboard by creating an account or logging in to an existing CVS.com account on our website, www.care.cvs.com.
