As healthcare organizations prepare for an AI-enabled future, one principle is emerging as a critical design requirement: invisibility. Not invisibility in the metaphorical sense, but in the technical and operational one, systems so seamlessly embedded into workflows and daily routines that they disappear from the foreground of care.
