New Cloud Based Solutions
TeleTracking’s Command Center includes cloud-based applications such as Community Access Portal, which enables placement and transfer interactions between healthcare professionals, Business Analytics, delivering powerful operational analytics, and ServiceTracking, which automates non-treatment services such maintenance and other support services.
The Community Access Portal application allows hospital transfer centers to communicate online with primary care physicians, nursing homes and specialty physicians in their service areas. It also allows outside physicians to request admissions and beds for their patients, thus reducing wait times.
The Business Analytics solution places historical and current operational performance data in role-based views to make information accessible to appropriate managers and leadership. This provides instant analysis of performance metrics snapshots to measure improvement.
TeleTracking’s updated ServiceTracking solution is now a cloud-based, centralized request management system for a broad array of common care support functions. The new version generates pre-determined maintenance jobs, offers proximity, skill set and employee-based auto-dispatching, and enables real-time task changes with minimal human interaction.
