Missouri Delta Medical Center chooses PatientMatters as a patient receivables partner
Missouri Delta Medical Center (MDMC), Sikeston, Missouri and PatientMatters (PM) have signed an agreement under which PM will provide and supplement certain patient access, registration and scheduling functions to help transform the patient financial experience within the hospital. Using Periscope, a PM technology, the PM team will assist MDMC staff in improving operating processes, providing educational opportunities and promoting advocacy access on behalf of all hospital patients.
The company offers hospitals a solution that addresses the Strategic, Operational and Financial areas to impact changes in patient payment options and overall education. PatientMatters transforms the patient into an educated consumer, empowering them to engage more effectively with the healthcare system.
