Innovista Health Solutions continues Texas market growth; Adding United Physicians of San Antonio ACO
Innovista Health Solutions (Innovista), a leading population health management organization announced today they have added a new client partner, United Physicians of San Antonio ACO (UPSA). UPSA, established in 2014, has partnered with Innovista to improve performance on current contracts and expand their ACO network. As ofJanuary 1, 2016, Innovista will partner with UPSA’s physicians across 32 independent practices to manage value based care for over 15,000 patients.
Innovista partners with physician-led organizations to efficiently manage large-scale population health and help them win in the new value-based contract environment. UPSA adds San Antonio to Innnovista’s Texas portfolio of over 500 physicians in ACO networks across Dallas, Houston, Austin and other surrounding communities. The addition of UPSA to Innovista’s ACO management portfolio demonstrates the true value of services that the Innovista team offers partnering physicians.
